Holistic Wellness Consultation Details:

Kat's private practice has been at full capacity for the past several years, however she does occasionally take on new clients, and has an active wait list for non recurring appointments. Please contact her assistant at office@katwb.com for appointment inquiries.

By booking a session with Kat, you are automatically agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

 

All of Kat’s sessions are provided through the phone.  

For most international calls Kat will call you via Skype phone (not video).

Kat will call you at the scheduled time of the appointment. 

​

Payment Information:

After commencement of your appointment, phone clients will be emailed a service invoice. Payment for any services are due the same day of your session. Emailed invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt to avoid a late fee. Late fees are an additional $20 per week. Financial aid recipients are required to keep a card on file, which will be charged the day of the session, or if pre-payment for the month will happen at the first business day of the month.

Email Sessions require payment prior to receipt of service. Email sessions will be sent 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. 

​

If you are Connecticut resident (USA)  an additional 6.35% CT sales tax will be applied to goods or services sold to Connecticut residents.

Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

*Connecticut residents are subject to an additional 6.35% CT sales tax. Holistic Wellness services provided by phone outside Connecticut are not required to include sales tax.

Cancellations:

If the event arises where you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please contact Kat's assitant at: office@katwb.com.

​

Please note that non emergency cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a fee.

If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, there is a cancellation fee of 25% for any service.

"No Show" appointments  or same day cancellations will be charged the FULL service fee.

*In true emergency situations the fees will be waived, this will be determined on a case by case basis.

​Refunds:

All holistic wellness session fees are non-refundable, with the exception of pre-paid sessions which have been cancelled prior to the 24 hour notification window. In this case your total payment will be refunded.
